Shipping policy

Priority processing: dispatched within 24 hours
Our family works hard to get your orders to you quickly. Orders within Australia are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, not including weekends and public holidays) once payment has cleared.
Delays can happen, and occasionally an item can take longer to dispatch — you're welcome to contact us at any time to check on the status of your order.
All orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm (AEST) will be processed the following Monday. We do not charge extra for rural deliveries within Australia or New Zealand.
Please note there may be delays over public holidays. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Free shipping on orders of $250 or more applies to Australian and New Zealand customers only. It does not apply to international orders.
Australia
All shipping is via courier with a tracking number. We work with MailPlus, Australia Post, and Gosweetspot Australia, choosing whichever has the best availability and delivery time when your order is dispatched.
Standard shipping: AUD $15 per order
Express shipping: AUD $25 per order
Free standard shipping on orders of AUD $250 or more
Order cutoff time: 6:00pm AEST (Brisbane)
Handling time: within 24 hours (business days)
Transit time: 1–5 days (standard), 1–3 days (express)
Fulfilled: Monday–Friday

New Zealand
We use Gosweetspot as our courier provider for New Zealand orders, who select the best available courier for your delivery.
Standard shipping: NZD $25 per order
Free standard shipping on orders of NZD $250 or more
Order cutoff time: 6:00pm AEST (Brisbane)
Handling time: within 24 hours (business days)
Transit time: 1–5 days
Fulfilled: Monday–Friday
International
All shipping is via courier with a tracking number. We work with FedEx for orders outside Australia and New Zealand, shipped via our Australian export hub. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country. Standard loss/damage cover is limited to AUD $250.
UK, USA, Canada and Europe: AUD $200 per order
All other countries: AUD $300 per order
Free shipping over $250 does not apply to international orders

We currently do not offer this as an option.
Where's my order? Tracking hasn't updated?
If your order hasn't been marked as delivered, please:
- Allow 1–5 days for your package to arrive.
- Check with your local postal or courier depot directly.
If your tracking still hasn't updated after five days, please contact customer support at info@thegujaratikitchen.com. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, but during peak periods, delays can occur due to high demand or unforeseen service interruptions.
